Christopher is a respected leader with extensive management experience in various industries.

Before starting Dove, he worked at one of Victoria’s largest passive fire companies, accountable for all aspects of operations, including project management, client liaison, product selection, staff management and training.

His accolades include diploma level qualifications in building, construction, health and safety.

Romeo is a Chartered Accountant with over twenty years of experience in construction and property development, having held senior management roles in finance, banking and project management.

He ensures Dove is operationally and financially strong by managing our cash flow, business planning and strategic initiatives. In addition, Romeo oversees all our systems and procedures to ensure they are well- placed to maintain organizational accountability and operational efficiency.

Tom holds a Certificate IV in Building and Construction and is a qualified plasterer.

He has over twelve (12) years experience in Passive Fire Protection and is an expert at managing teams on site.

Among the notable projects Tom has managed are passive fire protection works for the billion-dollar Metro Tunnel Project under Victoria’s Big Build initiative, as well as various office, residential, and commercial buildings, and hospitals in the Melbourne CBD and suburbs.

Jason has over a decade of experience in the construction and passive fire protection industries, holding various managerial roles and responsibilities.

Jason has successfully managed passive fire protection works on prestigious, large-scale projects such as GMHBA Stadium, Latrobe Regional Hospital, and the Metro Tunnels in Victoria. He is now the Director at Dove Passive Fire – Queensland.

Stacey has over ten (10) years experience in Administration and is an expert in organizing materials and logistics requirements to support the projects as well as in recommending and
implementing systems and procedures at the Office and Project sites. She also handles the Fire Protection Audit and Maintenance requirements of our clients.
