Our Story
Dove Passive Fire was founded in 2018 with a small yet determined team led by Director Christopher Dove, who was inspired to create a Passive Fire company with one goal in mind – to become ‘The Destination Company’. The company that clients would look to first, building certifiers would recommend and rely on and the company that would attract the best and brightest team members within the fire protection industry.
Dove has since quickly grown to include an exceptional and knowledgeable team of 23-25 dedicated employees. The company is based upon providing an exceptional service, trust and a simple directive, to put the client first. Dove is determined to educate the industry on the importance of fire safety, staying up to date with current industry standards and eliminating the misconceptions around passive fire.

We service a wide range of clients all throughout greater Melbourne, in all sectors including Industrial, Commercial, Health and Defence. Whilst providing our services, we have formed many strong client relationships, which has seen the company quickly evolve to where we are today.

Christopher Dove
Director
Christopher is a respected leader with extensive management experience in various industries.
Before starting Dove, he worked at one of Victoria’s largest passive fire companies, accountable for all aspects of operations, including project management, client liaison, product selection, staff management and training.
His accolades include diploma level qualifications in building, construction, health and safety.

Romeo Pulido
General Manager
Romeo is a Chartered Accountant with over twenty years of experience in construction and property development, having held senior management roles in finance, banking and project management.
He ensures Dove is operationally and financially strong by managing our cash flow, business planning and strategic initiatives. In addition, Romeo oversees all our systems and procedures to ensure they are well- placed to maintain organisational accountability and operational efficiency.

Given the high-risk nature of our work, we take our obligations towards work, health and safety very seriously.
Our management team is proactive in complying with WHS laws. We have policies and procedures in place to ensure we comply with relevant WHS legislation, including, but not limited to, the Occupational Health and Safety Act of 2004.
We also promote a safety-first culture and prioritise maintaining a safe workplace for our staff members and contractors.
Quality Assurance
Our management team has implemented quality controls and regularly monitors performance to ensure we maintain a consistently high level of quality service.
We have also developed procedures for operations and ensure all staff and contractors comply with these procedures and specifications.

As the Company continues to grow, Dove Passive Fire is committed to giving back to the Community in however way we can.
We recently partnered with one of our valued clients, Shape Australia, and Dove’s employees donated their time and efforts to complete a job for Shape and all the revenues from that job were donated to a family from Melbourne whose beautiful two (2) and a half year old daughter had a brain injury and suffers from quadriplegia cerebral palsy.
We are very happy to have contributed to their fund raising and she is now scheduled for treatment.
We shall continue to find ways to share our blessings with the Community.
